Eligibility Criteria for Laptop

  • The candidate must be a domicile of Uttar Pradesh state.
  • The applicant must have passed in the 10th & 12th Class (Academic Year 2020-21) from Uttar Pradesh Board.
  • Students doing polytechnic and ITI can also apply under this scheme.

यहाँ आपके समाने वेबसाइट का होम पेज खुल जायेगा।होम पेज पर आपको ऑनलाइन फॉर्म के दिए गए ऑप्शन पर क्लिक करना होगा।जिसके बाद आपको फ्री स्मार्टफोन ऑनलाइन फॉर्म पर क्लिक करना है।क्लिक करते ही नए पेज पर आपके सामने आवेदन फॉर्म खुल जायेगा।आपको फॉर्म में पूछी गयी जानकारी को भरना है और इसके साथ मांगे गए दस्तावेजों को अपलोड कर देना है।सभी जानकरी भरने के बाद आपको सबमिट बटन पर क्लिक कर देना है।जिसके बाद आपकी आवेदन प्रक्रिया पूरी हो जाएगी। .
